Alpha CRM System is designed 100% web-based from ground up.

What this means is that, unlike other CRM System, there is no need for additional expensive software to convert a CRM System from client-server to web-based.

This simply means that all you need to do is have the system installed on a single server and you can assign any user (client) to logon to your system anywhere in the world, anytime with any personal computer that has Internet Explorer 5 or above installed. No CRM installation is required on client side.

Alpha CRM Functional Specifications

Marketing Department:

  • Manage marketing scripts, call activities, sales forecast, marketing campaigns, auctions, bidding, recurring orders and labels.

Sales Department:

  • Manage and check call plans, check sales, sales campaigns, add inquiry, send quotation, submit sales reports, telemarketing, telemarketing call plan.
  • Past communication with customers, follow-up calls, submit feedback and online feedback reports and more.

Shipping Department:

  • Maintain transporter details to ensure timely transport facilities. Manage and maintain warehouse and inventory movement and analysis.
  • Manage finished goods receive automatically once last location of production route is executed.
  • Manage finished goods issue as per sales order dispatch plan, shipping details ensuring timely advise on freight forwarding, packing, loading, availability check against deadline date.
  • Manage packing list to ensure that products are shipped along with accessories, packing labels, print pro-forma invoices and delivery orders.

Sales Controller:

  • Approves, withhold or rejects quotation, select best bid, auctions, approves recurring orders, manage credit risk, specify credit limit, enter availability to promise dates of delivery through checking of stock card
  • Confirm orders, approves service orders through warranty check, approves trading orders, dispatch advice report, and print sales order checklist.

Internal Self Service Management:

  • Built-in address book, appointments, folder workroom, chat machine, email messages, phone dialer, company news, company profile, online shopping, job vacancies, help desk, secure login management and user rights allocation.

Sales Manager:

  • Create standard price list for online shopping, define schemes, sales territories, salesmen details, partner details, partner details, customer details, online total production cost check, enter sales order.
  • Convert customers PO to Sales Order, convert quotation into Sales Order, convert selected auction bid into Sales Order, convert recurring orders into Sales Order and create stock transfer order.

Export Manager:

  • Enter LC, TR, BA details. Print export certificate, maintain DEPB declaration, print in-house test reports, print other selected forms, print export invoices, excise invoices, packing list, letters to bank and bank realization.

Service Department:

  • Maintain and record service agreements, enter service orders, enter warranty cards, enter service calls, enter service status and check warranty status.

Partners Self Service:

  • E-commerce shop for online shopping providing easy maintenance of finished products. Enter or maintain bids for auctions, enter product support details, track orders and enter e-Purchase Orders.

Customer Self Service:

  • E-commerce shop allowing customer to enter PO directly online. Customers can also bid on auctions, get online product support, track orders or submit e-Purchase Orders.
